The consultation with the manager went quickly, but there was a wait for the consultation with the director. So I was worried about whether I would be able to have a long consultation, but the director seemed to be in better condition than I expected and answered my questions in detail. They asked about and explained the specifications of my previous surgery, my current condition, and the needs I wanted, and I liked that rather than simply suggesting a solution, they adjusted it to fit me and applied it that way.
