Eye Surgery Considerations

Promise Review

I had natural adhesion double eyelids and epicanthoplasty. I usually did not think about getting double eyelid surgery, but as time went on the skin around my eyes seemed to sag, or maybe some kind of wrinkle? appeared, and that stressed me out a lot. I had never experienced surgery or procedures before, so I was really scared and worried, but even right after surgery it did not hurt at all, which was amazing. The recovery room bed was also very warm.. They also took such good care of swelling management and post-op care afterward that, even though it was my first surgery, I was truly satisfied

When it was time to remove the stitches, I had heard that removing the epicanthoplasty stitches was painful, so I was really worried, but it was just a slight stinging sensation and totally bearable. I was very worried that epicanthoplasty would make me swell a lot, but while it was probably helped by me consistently drinking pumpkin juice and doing cold compresses, there was not much swelling from the surgery day itself and only a little bruising.

I asked a question on KakaoTalk and they replied quickly. I had seen online that warm compresses were good, but they told me not to do that because the surgical area could turn red and bruises could even form. I wanted it to come out naturally, and I am completely satisfied.

I have been doing a little makeup lately, and I definitely feel like makeup has become more fun than when I had no double eyelids, which is nice.
