I went because I was worried that my nostrils showed. There were various reasons at the time, so I did only alar base lifting on its own, without nostril lowering. If you're doing it because of the nostrils, I think doing nostril lowering + alar base lifting together would be more effective than just alar base lifting alone. It was also inexpensive, and the doctor gave a precise analysis, so I trust them.
