1. Before surgery: I was satisfied with both the manager consultation and the doctor consultation. There were a fair number of people, so the process did feel a bit like a factory. 2. After surgery: Right after surgery, I felt a bit.. neglected, because they didn't even bring me an ice pack and just left me there. My surgery ended around 10 p.m. I think, so that may be why, but it really felt like I was just lying alone in bed with nothing, and then when it was time to leave, I was instructed and had to go down to the basement myself and operate the shutter to get out, which felt odd 3. Recovery: The surgery really went well. After my surgery, I went around several plastic surgery clinics with tape on my face, and at every place the nurses or managers asked where I had the surgery done. When I said I had it done at Faceline, everyone said, "If it was there, it must have been done well," which reassured me that I had made a good choice. Even now, a year after the surgery, I still think I made the right choice by doing it here.
