The height was already there, and I wanted to correct my bulbous nose, so a few years ago I had only the nasal tip done with ear cartilage + septal cartilage. I asked for it to look natural, butㅜㅜ it turned out too pointy. It looks even more obvious in person. It has kept bothering me, so I’m now looking into revision surgery. The doctor seems like a good person... If you decide to have surgery, make sure to communicate clearly and in detail about the shape you want. Be sure to bring photos of the nose shape you want..
