The height was already there, and I wanted to correct my bulbous nose, so a few years ago I had only the nasal tip done with ear cartilage + septal cartilage. I asked for it to look natural, but it turned out too pointy. It looks even more obvious in person. It has kept bothering me, so I’m now looking into revision surgery.
