Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Review after visiting 5 clinics for a hump nose and bulbous nose

First, what I want is that I don't want to use silicone, I'm not too concerned about the hump, I want to make the blunt nasal tip look slimmer from the front, slightly lift the drooping nasal tip compared with the nasal bridge to improve the side profile, improve the shape where the nostrils spread wider toward the bottom, a straight-to-slightly-curved profile with a natural-but-pretty feel. The photos I showed were aespa Giselle from the side and NewJeans Haerin from the front.

1. Director ㅊㅈㅎ at ㄹㅅㅌ No CT scan and no consultation fee

Uses septal cartilage and ear cartilage Cartilage is large and skin is thin They took photos directly on a tablet and drew the line over them They said my nasal bridge is high, so implant-free surgery is possible, and that we should slightly shave the hump and extend it to the nasal tip Nostril/alar base reduction is not needed

With a review and same-day booking: 2.8 million I was told implant-free surgery is more difficult, so it is more expensive (I was told the 100,000 won deposit is non-refundable) I think the consultant accommodated me a lot since I'm a student

2. Director ㅂㅅㅇ at 431 CT scan, consultation fee 50,000 won (waived if you have surgery) The consultant explained the hump in detail

Septal cartilage is not large, so only ear cartilage is used Skin is thin Explained with a marker over the CT image They shaped my nose while explaining this kind of look They checked asymmetry well I thought my nostrils showed a lot, but I was a little surprised when they said the nostrils would become even more visible I told them what I wanted to improve, but they said that was due to insufficient tissue and could not be fixed with surgery When I said I didn't want the hump shaved, they mentioned the possibility of using autologous dermis in that case

With a review and same-day booking: 4.3 million (price includes autologous dermis) Deposit 500,000 won (They said it is 100% refundable, so why not put it down first and decide, so I did)

3. Director ㅇㄱㅇ at ㅁㅇㄷ CT scan, consultation fee 10,000 won They drew directly over the photo Septal cartilage, ear cartilage, hump They said the size and thickness of my septal cartilage looked okay They said the side of my nose(?) where the glasses nose pads touch is wide (first time hearing this) They said implant-free surgery is possible, but recommended inserting thin silicone of about 2 mm - Since my chin slightly protrudes and I have a slight underbite impression, raising the nasal tip a little more would be better proportionally; they also said the slight crooked look of my nose from the front can be improved Recommended nostril/alar base reduction - It is not necessary, but it would be a little more ideal if done - They said I could do it separately later too When I received the price guidance from the consultant, they said the director had said donated rib cartilage might be used

With a review: 3.61 million + nostril/alar base reduction: 4.16 million If using donated rib cartilage: +700,000 (Deposit: 100,000 if no date is set, 400,000 if a date is set 90% refundable)

4. Director ㄱㄷㅇ at ㅇㅂㄹ CT scan, consultation fee 10,000 won Ear cartilage, septal cartilage used Hump After looking at the CT, they said someone came to mind and showed me another person's review Looking at the CT image, they said there seemed to be some trace of someone having touched it - When I was young, I used to get nosebleeds so easily that I had a blood vessel cauterized once, so I wondered if that was it and got chills.. They said they would pay attention to that and do it carefully, so my trust went up.. They said my skin is not thin and is just the right thickness They said the shape I wanted improved (which 431 said was impossible) was because of the alar cartilage, so it would get better They said they would lift the nasal tip while making sure the nostrils do not show When I asked if my conditions were okay, they said it was a nose that would come out very well

With a review and same-day booking: 4.3 million won There is a blood test if you visit 2 weeks before surgery The surgery deposit is 10% of the surgery cost

5. Director ㄱㅈㅇ at ㅋㅇㅍㄹㅅ CT scan, consultation fee 10,000 won Ear cartilage, and septal cartilage if insufficient Hump They said my skin is thin and there is little laxity(?), so if done wrong, it can easily become a pointed, pinched-looking nose For implant-free surgery, ear cartilage is used on the area where a step-off forms They said they do not use autologous dermis because it gets absorbed When I asked about what I wanted to improve, I was told, just like what I heard earlier, that it was because of the alar cartilage. When I asked if a flashy nose wouldn't suit me, they answered very firmly, "Yes" - I have a very East Asian-looking face..

With a review: 3.6 million They said prices will increase starting next year (Deposit is 100% refundable if no date is set If a date is set, refunded after deducting 10%)

I wrote this while leaving out my subjective feelings! I'm really easily swayed, so I currently have deposits at clinics 1, 2, and 5..ㅜ Until I went to clinic 1, I thought deposits were originally non-refundable.. If I had known that wasn't the case, I absolutely would not have put down deposits so hastily.. I think I'll decide between 4 and 5, and I like 4 the most, but the price is expensive.. so I'm leaning toward doing it at 5..

Reviews from people who had surgery at these clinics or any input are welcome!! No brokers!!
