Obli Short Nose + Small Nose + Bulbous Nose Consultation Review

1. Obli consultation review (Kim Da-alm)

First of all, I have a short nose + small nose + bulbous nose + no nasal bridge + wide nasal dorsum + recessed columella + small nasal septum + deviated septum + slightly crooked nose (a nose with all the worst conditions...) But when viewed from the front, the nostrils are not very visible.

I have some facial bone structure and a fairly large build (I'm female), my cheekbones are prominent, my eyes are big, and my facial features are on the larger side, so my main goals are improving a masculine-looking face + improving the frontal view!

At first, during the consultation with the manager, I knew my own face so well that she said she had nothing to say lololol The manager consultation just felt like a preliminary step to make the director consultation more comfortable. But I waited so long that I considered leaving without seeing the director, but I'm glad I had the consultation. First of all, I had a lot of concerns because I didn't really know what kind of nose would suit me, but I feel like I got some direction.

Because I wanted a feminine nose, I wanted it to have more curves rather than a straight line, but since I have facial bone structure, I thought too much curve would look strange, and I said I didn't want a straight line because it would make my impression look stronger. He agreed and said a straight nose would not work for my face lolololol

He recommended a straight-to-curved beoseon line, and lifting the nasal tip, but he said he would set it so that the nostrils would not be more visible from the front than they are now. (I like my current nostril visibility the best.)

He checked with a cotton swab how much my nasal tip could be raised, and said silicone would be inserted to match that. (He mentioned roughly 3 mm.)

When I went into the consultation, I said my goals were improving a masculine-looking face and the frontal view, and although I don't think doing my nose will solve everything, I still hope it will look better than now. Then the director, in a sweet voice, said he would help make it more improved than it is now, and he gave me a lot of confidence, which I was grateful for ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

Other places recommended double-chin liposuction and facial fat grafting, so when I asked the director, he said he didn't think those would have a major effect on my face. While showing before-and-after photos, he said that even just the nose can create this much dimensionality, so I should do the nose first, and if needed, adding those later would not be too late... He felt like a real dad...

I didn't want to use septal cartilage (I didn't show it), and I liked that he said he wouldn't use mine because my septum is even smaller than people who already have small septums. Because my nasal dorsum is wide, he said using standard silicone would look a lot like chalk, so he recommended using a custom implant.

If anyone here doesn't know what would suit their own nose, I definitely recommend at least going for a consultation!
