The staff were friendly, and there are so many doctors on staff that friendliness really varies by person... But the prices are truly cheap, so it doesn't seem bad for laser hair removal or body toning, which you have to get often over a long period of time! There are so many people that it's hard to book an appointment, and even when you do, the waiting time is long, but aside from that I'm satisfied.
