The staff were kind, and because there were so many doctors kindness was hit or miss... But the price is really cheap, so it does not seem bad for laser hair removal or body toning that need to be done frequently over a long period of time! There are so many people that it is hard to make a reservation, and even if you do have a reservation the waiting time is long, but aside from that I am satisfied
