As soon as I sat down, the director started saying things like there was something wrong with someone’s eyes and then made me answer for that problem. They took a facial photo and did the consultation, and although I had already said I was only going to get double eyelids, they still recommended nose and forehead surgery too. That really lowered my trust in them. I was a patient, but I also felt that as a customer, they could have spoken to me a bit more kindly. It was disappointing.
