I visited several hospitals while looking into contouring, and among them the consultation manager was the kindest by far! The other staff were kind too, and the CT staff seemed kind as well. The doctor had a cold way of speaking, but I wasn't sure if that was because he wanted to recommend jaw surgery. During the consultation he was cold about it, saying that jaw surgery was the answer! If you look at it positively, it felt like he was recommending the right surgery, but in any case he seemed professional.
