I had nose surgery at a famous hospital in Apgujeong about 6 years ago, and I think it ended up too high and overdone. At the time, they used osteotomy + donor rib cartilage + Gore-Tex + ear cartilage, but it was so high and excessive that I started considering revision nose surgery and went in for a consultation. The director seemed a bit taciturn, but I liked how carefully they looked through my CT scan. They also caught that the columella looked droopy because of the donor rib cartilage, explained what would change if I had revision nose surgery, and honestly told me what would and would not suit me, so it felt like a consultation without overtreatment. There was no separate consultation fee either, so it was a hospital where I could get a consultation without any pressure.
