About 6 years ago, I had nose surgery at a famous hospital in Apgujeong, and I think it was too high and overdone. At the time, they used osteotomy, donor rib cartilage, Gore-Tex, and ear cartilage, and because it was so high and excessive, I started considering revision nose surgery and went in for a consultation.
