I visited for a consultation because they specialize in closed rhinoplasty, and I was deciding between open and closed surgery.
The director was very kind during the consultation, and when I couldn’t decide between just removing the dorsal hump or removing the hump and raising the nose tip, they said we would decide after consulting with the surgeon.
During the consultation with the surgeon, they gave me three options: remove the dorsal hump with a closed approach, remove the hump and raise the nose tip a little, or completely remove the hump, place silicone, and raise the nose tip. They also said they use donated costal cartilage and artificial dermis.
Personally, I felt it wouldn’t suit me, so I probably won’t have surgery here, but I recommend getting a consultation if you are considering closed rhinoplasty.
