I visited to consult because they specialize in closed rhinoplasty and I was debating between open and closed. The manager was really kind during the consultation, and since I couldn't decide whether to remove only the dorsal hump or remove it and also lift the nose tip, I decided to make the decision after consulting with the doctor. During the consultation with the doctor, they gave me three options: remove the hump with closed rhinoplasty, remove the hump and lift the nose tip a little, or remove the hump completely, place silicone, and raise the nose tip. They said they would use donated costal cartilage and artificial dermis. Personally I felt it wasn't a good fit for me, so I don't think I'll have surgery there, but I recommend getting a consultation if you're considering closed rhinoplasty.
