I waited 2 hours, then spoke with the doctor for 3 minutes and had a consultation. It was my first surgery and I wanted no implant, but they recommended either donated costal cartilage or autologous costal cartilage. They originally quoted a high surgery fee, but it kept getting reduced here and there. I was already irritated from waiting so long, so when I complained, they lowered the fee even more. A person who looked like a photographer kept coming and going with camera equipment, so it seemed like they really cared a lot about the review photos. I don’t know about the clinic’s skill, but it didn’t seem to match what I was looking for.
