I had surgery when I was 20, and I don’t remember who the operating surgeon was. I had surgery with the incisional method, but the line was uneven, and after 3-4 years my eyes all came undone, so I had revision surgery at another hospital. Back then several of my friends also had surgery there, and in general, the friends with protruding eyes and a lot of eyelid tissue all seem to have had failed surgeries For those kinds of eyes, I recommend going somewhere better rather than Ulsan.
