The staff member and consultant were the kindest and most polite among all the places I went. As soon as the consultant saw me, they identified the issues well, asked what I wanted, then seemed to go talk to the director before the director came in. Since it’s a one-doctor clinic, I liked that I didn’t have to wait long like at a factory-style clinic, and they took the CT and did the consultation right at my appointment time. The director listened well to what I wanted and told me what parts were not possible. Even when I asked questions, they answered well without making me feel embarrassed. The consultation was good, but I’m concerned that they mostly use donated rib cartilage. No consultation fee. If using donated rib cartilage, an additional 770,000 won
