Before before after after I can’t believe it’s already been a month.. The hard lumps have gotten a lot better too, and since I wear the compression garment less than before, it’s more comfortable. I bought a lot of clothes too, but I’m still bothered by the scars near my elbows, so I can’t really wear short sleeves out haha. Still, buying and wearing new clothes feels good. Since I’m exercising, I’m maintaining it, and it’s definitely nice that I gain less even when I eat! The thigh fat that just won’t go away makes me want to get thigh liposuction too, which is a problem..
