During the consultation, they even checked the thickness of the fat layer with ultrasound. The director, the consultation room staff, and the operating room staff were all quite kind, so I felt less self-conscious. However, I didn't weigh very much and my arms weren't particularly thick to begin with, so I don't think I saw a dramatic effect.
