I had nasal osteotomy, hump osteotomy, and a slight silicone augmentation. I also asked them to address my deviated septum, but the osteotomy was much weaker than I expected, and the nasal tip feels somewhat lacking. If you want a natural look, it is natural, but it seems to lack refinement. I think that was probably also because my own requests were a bit insufficient at the time, but if you are aiming for sophistication, I’m not sure.
