I had nasal osteotomy, hump osteotomy, and a slight silicone augmentation. I also asked them to address my deviated septum, but the osteotomy ended up much weaker than I expected, and the nasal tip is somewhat lacking. It is natural if you want a natural look, but I feel it lacks refinement. I think that may be because my own requests were a little insufficient at the time, but if you are aiming for elegance, I’m not sure.
