(My condition) About 15 years ago, L-shaped silicone + a little ear cartilage --> I want to replace the silicone with a straight implant and use septal cartilage + ear cartilage I hoped not to use rib cartilage I have no complaints about the current height, but I want the alar base/nostril area and nasal tip to become sharper Slightly upturned bulbous nose Midface feels long I have fairly severe rhinitis but I’m used to living with it

He said if I’m operating because of this, don’t do it, and the L-shaped silicone probably won’t be a problem either, so I don’t have to do it He looked busy and felt like he was trying to rush the consultation The Photoshop also felt kind of rough Sleep sedation Silicone + donated rib cartilage He said my septal cartilage is small so it would be hard to use If desired, CCTV can be checked with a guardian Swelling laser, postoperative check by the director

He explained with his legs crossed... showed lots of photos He judged by looking at my face himself If correcting the upturned nose, the nose gets longer (of course it has no choice but to get longer, and if I don’t like that, he said I shouldn’t get surgery lol) The consultant seemed professional and seemed to write down the cc based on her own judgment Sleep sedation, local anesthesia Silicone + septal cartilage (Possibility of using rib cartilage, possibility of using dermis, possibility of a hump) If desired, CCTV can be checked with a guardian AS period? I asked, but the consultant brushed it off with something else Postoperative swelling laser, postoperative check by the director
