I got nostril Botox a few years ago, and because the tension in my nostrils decreased, it felt like they flared out a little less. It’s a procedure purely for personal satisfaction. But it really hurt. It hurt, but because I strongly wanted my nostrils to get smaller, I endured it and got it done. The procedure was over quickly.
