A few years ago I got botox for the sides of my nose, and because the muscles at the sides of my nose relaxed, it felt like the widening was a little less noticeable. It is a completely self-satisfaction procedure. But it really hurt. It hurt, but because I wanted the sides of my nose to get smaller so badly, I endured it. The procedure itself finished quickly.
