They clearly say what can be done and what can't be done. The downside is that the waiting time is way too long. If your appointment overlaps with lunch time, you'll have to wait a full 2 hours. It was so crowded even on weekday afternoons that I wondered if the place had gotten word-of-mouth from moms' cafes.
