They clearly tell you what can be done and what cannot. However, the downside is that the waiting time is too long. If your appointment overlaps with lunchtime, you will have to wait at least 2 hours without fail. It is so crowded even on weekday afternoons that it makes you wonder if word spread in a moms' cafe.
