After using septal cartilage, I could see contracture gradually starting after just 1 year, so I had surgery with autologous costal cartilage at another hospital. But after 6 months, the tip of my nose gradually lifted, spread out, and the tip looked strange. Later, I found out that the dermis had melted. They told me that it had melted on the day of surgery, and at the second hospital, they redid the nasal tip with ear cartilage. It has been about 10 months since the last surgery, and my nasal tip is lifting again. From the front, too much of my nostrils show and it looks short, and from the side it looks even more lifted.
So I am looking into it again. Is there any hospital among the ones below that I should rule out?
