Today I had the cotton removed, and it’s still a long way off before I can remove the splint, so I don’t know how it looks from the front, but I’m looking at the side profile. The nasal tip will drop, right? I originally had a very upturned nose, so I’m so worried this won’t improve… Since I have a protruding mouth, the current lifted philtrum is just right, but when the nasal tip drops, does the lifted philtrum also drop a lot?!! Ideally, I’d like the nasal tip to drop and the philtrum to stay as it is.. That would be nice hehe
Small, low bulbous upturned nose~~ I was scared of silicone, so I kept the nasal bridge as is and used septal cartilage and ear cartilage for the nasal tip..
