I narrowed it down to two places after going around in person, but I only found out late that there were separate premium reviews, so I used points to open them and both places had negative reviews

1. ㄷㄹ ㅅㅈㅇ They’re said to be safety-first and famous for natural results with no side effects, but when I said I wanted a non-implant surgery, they said they can’t fully shave down the hump that would be exposed after removing the silicone. They said they don’t know how much would remain or how much would protrude. Even if they’re natural-first, I still want the hump removed, so I’m a bit confused because they say they can’t. They said if they remove the whole hump, the middle would sink in deeply. (Has anyone seen a case like this? I genuinely can’t picture what that shape would look like.) It also overlapped with the doctor who said the exact same thing at my first surgery, so I’m a little suspicious.. During the consultation, he said things like if we do this, it becomes this shape and that’s no good, and if we do that, it becomes that shape and that’s no good? But there was an identical case in the premium reviews. Of course, a negative case. I started wondering if they became safety-first because they filtered out the cases that didn’t go well after experiencing them themselves
2. ㅇㅂㅈ ㅇㄱㅁ They said they can create a smooth nose shape with no implant. Both the doctor and the coordinator sounded very confident. They said women’s noses should naturally be made smooth, that’s the standard. But the problem is this doctor is famous for male noses, right? Some people were also spewing harsh criticism in the premium reviews, but maybe that just depends on the person. I searched the comments too, and on a post asking whether they’re good with women’s noses, the comments saying they are good with women’s noses had the paid-review-suspicion tag attached..
I’m really realizing while searching online and in person that the cosmetic surgery industry has become incredibly organized I honestly don’t know what I should trust Can I really just choose one of these two? Everyone here who knows these two places, please give me your frank advice as if it were your own family member getting surgery. Please..
