8 years ago, for my first surgery, I only had the nasal tip done with ear cartilage, and because I wanted to correct a crooked nose, I had revision surgery 4 months ago. My nose was originally on the large and high side, so I had absolutely no desire to make it higher, and I naturally prefer a low nose over a flashy, high nose. For the purpose of correcting the crooked nose, arrow-shaped nose, and spreading sideways when smiling, I had osteotomy, cartilage grafting, septal nasal tip work, and alar reduction, but my nose is bizarrely high and projects forward. The clinic said we should remove some of the stacked cartilage and refine it a little, but honestly I want to remove everything. The septum is also too hard, and correcting the crooked nose…
