Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Each hospital gives a slightly different diagnosis...

I went for revision surgery consultations at ㅇㅂㄹ, ㅁㅇㄷ, ㅊㅇㅊㄹ, and ㅇㅌ. My nose seemed a bit crooked, so I asked about it, and they said I do have a slight deviated septum. But some places said if it’s not making breathing uncomfortable, there’s no need to correct it, while others said it could become uncomfortable later, so I should correct it in advance.... Is this overcorrection or what...

After the consultations, the places I’m considering are ㅊㅇㅊㄹ and ㅁㅇㄷ, but even there the directors’ opinions are a bit different, so I’m torn... If the deviated septum isn’t severe + I don’t feel any functional discomfort, what would you guys do? Would you just get the correction done together while having the surgery anyway?
