The nasal tip materials were septal cartilage and ear cartilage, but I thought even removing those would be a waste, so I left them as they were and asked them to remove the silicone and make the bridge connect naturally with it, so that my nose could return as close as possible to my original nose. I said I didn’t want to use additional cartilage, but if necessary, they could use ear cartilage. I also said that if necessary, they could cut and use the existing septal cartilage. After the surgery ended, when I heard the explanation, they said that after removing the silicone, there was a step-off with the nasal tip, so they moved ear cartilage to the dorsum/alar area. But from week 1, I felt like the nostril/alar area looked somehow bulging. When I went to the clinic and asked, they got angry and treated me like a difficult patient, saying it was swelling. So I said okay, then I’ll wait and see, and left feeling upset. And a week later, as the swelling went down a little more, the shape of the ear cartilage became more visible, so I contacted the clinic and they told me to come in. The date was also pushed back because of the director’s surgery schedule. I haven’t gone in yet. I want to ask for a refund. From the beginning, I had removal surgery because the silicone was showing through, but now the ear cartilage is showing through in less than a month?
