Between under-eye fat removal and under-eye fat repositioning, which one has a higher chance of side effects?? Doctors who remove fat tell me not to do repositioning, and doctors who do fat repositioning tell me absolutely not to remove it, so I’m really torn. I want my under-eyes to look completely clean.
