The before photo was from when I was in high school and knew nothing, but wanted double eyelids, so I went to a neighborhood plastic surgery clinic and got it done, and it turned out badly... lololol It doesn't show well in the photo, but my eyes were uneven, the lines had all come down and become inner double eyelids, and when I closed my eyes, the bumpy incision scars were all visible. It was a total disaster...^^
I was so stressed about my wide glabella area and the way my eyes looked, but I thought all double eyelid surgery left scars like this... I put up with it for over 8 years, then finally made up my mind and got revision surgery this year!! I think the result was pretty successful haha. First of all, I'm happy because my eyes, which used to look sleepy and small whenever I took photos, have changed so much... The swelling still hasn't fully gone down, but I've even been told I look prettyㅠㅠㅠㅠ
They say recovering your self-esteem should come before plastic surgery, but when it comes to improving a direct complex, I also feel like fixing the root cause is the most effective...(But everyone, you know you have to look into surgery carefully and always be cautious, then cautious again, right?)

I had medial epicanthoplasty + incisional double eyelid surgery, and this was my second surgery. The result came out well, but before surgery I had requested an in-out line (haha) But looking at the photos, it's totally an outline, isn't it...? lololol Since everyone around me says it suits me well, I'll just live with it... but I guess I can't help feeling a little disappointed...
Everyone, if you meet a director whose preferred aesthetic is very clear, and it's different from the shape you want, make sure! absolutely make sure!!! to compromise on the style you want beforehand before getting surgery... lol Otherwise, you need to find a clinic that matches your taste from the startㅠㅠㅠ
The director at the place where I had surgery really pursues a very natural look, so at the first consultation he suggested making my eyes an inline shape. I practically jumped and said I hated it, absolutely hated it, and asked him to make it thick and clearly visible as an in-out line even if it reached my brow bone?? (I was so upset because in my first surgery the line was set shallow and became an inner double eyelid)
So we compromised up to "make the line clearly visible + thick," but I guess the compromise failed on the in-out partㅡㅡ The director's stubbornness is seriously insane lol Still, the result is decent, so I've decided to let it slide...ㅡㅡ There aren't many cases like mine, so everyone should check the director's style carefully in advance before going... okay...?ㅠ
