I was considering liposuction for the back of my arms and had consultations at 3-4 clinics! Other clinics were far from the price I had in mind, so while I was debating, I booked and received a consultation at this clinic after seeing a recommendation from an acquaintance and reviews on an app.
Even though I arrived earlier than my consultation appointment time, there was almost no waiting! I first had a consultation with Director Go Ara, and after an InBody check, she had me expose only my arms for the arm liposuction consultation! (I really liked this part, because at other clinics I had to expose my whole upper body to get my arms consulted on.) Then I immediately checked with the doctor by ultrasound to see the thickness of the fat that could be removed, and also had a consultation with the doctor. I consulted with Director Park Huseok, and he explained everything really calmly and clearly. He said unnecessary areas did not need to be removed, and that doing the full arms + armpits + back bulge would probably be enough! At other clinics, they recommended accessory breast removal too, but he said I probably did not need to do it, so I thought, this clinic is honest lololol, and I trusted them! After that I had the price consultation, and since the estimate was close to the price I had in mind, I immediately paid the deposit and booked the surgery date.
I had surgery on 4/13 at 11 a.m. On the day of surgery, I did an InBody check, met Director Park Huseok, heard the explanation for the surgical consent form, and received a very detailed explanation about post-op care. Before entering surgery, the doctor did the design, and I went into the operating room feeling nervous.. At that moment reality hit me hardㅠㅠ Am I really supposed to be doing this.... Why am I here..? This is embarrassing.. I was thinking things like that, but the operating room nurses treated me kindly and talked to me, so I felt a little better:) Thank you I was wondering, when is the surgery starting..? and when I came to, I was lying in the recovery room lololololololololol They said they removed a total of 800 cc and showed me the fat that was removed. Like the app reviews said, at this clinic they kept warm air on in advance in case I got cold, so I did not really feel cold! I think that was really nice!! And after I came to, they gave me porridge too, so I ate the porridge, got my bearings, took the subway, and went home!
Reviews and both the doctor and director kept telling me that it would be hard to raise my arms on the day of surgery, so I tried raising my arms first.! But it hurt less than I expected, and my arms went up well lololol Director Park Huseok told me after surgery not to diet and to absolutely eat well and focus on recovery, but,, I had no appetite, so I kept controlling my diet! From the day after surgery, it started to hurt a bit for about 2 daysㅠㅠ I took my medicine right on time, and before sleeping I took one extra painkiller. It hurt while sleeping, so I kept waking upㅜㅜ And for 5-6 days after surgery, I walked for 1 hour every morning and evening, and while walking I also drank 2 liters of water to help reduce swelling! For arm exercises, whenever I remembered, about once an hour, I did arm-raising exercises! So the BioBond? I think that goes away faster
It has now been about 3 weeks since surgery, and except for a little bruising left in the armpit area, everything is gone! Moving my arms is also so easy that there has been no problem at all with working or daily life! About 5 days after surgery, I could drive too, and there was no problem at all with daily life! Right now I am so, so satisfied.! It feels like I finally found arms that match my body! Since my forearms are thick, I think he designed them beautifully to suit those arms! I am so satisfied!!!! I want to lose more weight quickly and make my whole body slim haha They say the swelling will go down more, so I am going to look forward to it!!! haha
