Hehehehe, it’s been exactly one month since I had abdominal LAMS! For aftercare, I had extracorporeal shock wave therapy twice and mesotherapy fat-dissolving injections twice up until yesterday! I added the extracorporeal shock wave therapy, so I’ve been receiving additional care since yesterday haha
First, the bruising and swelling have almost disappeared, but the lumpiness is still pretty severe.. They said it’s because such a large amount of fat was extracted, but this hard feeling.. feels unfamiliar, and I also wish it would go away quickly. Meanwhile, my abdominal circumference hasn’t gone down, and I hit a bit of a slump, so since it’s been a month, I thought I’d take before-and-after photos and did it, you know?
When I was taking them, I felt down thinking, “What even changed?” but once I actually compared them, it had changed quite a lot, so I’m looking at the photos and getting motivated again haha
I’ll work hard again on my diet and exercise, and I hope both my weight and lines keep dropping~~ The remaining 2 months are the golden period, so let’s succeed with our diets together!
