First, first, first of all, I’m writing this because I wanted to write a same-day review, so I don’t have before-and-after photos.
I had my arms and back done at the same clinic, and today I had my abdomen done. Luckily the weather wasn’t hot..
Since it was my first surgery, I went to the clinic by 8:30. My guardian was my younger sibling.. lol
Previously, when I had my arms done, this and that and everything made it take a long time after going in, having surgery, and finishing late, but maybe because it was my second time, everything proceeded and wrapped up quickly.
They removed 7520 cc... When I was walking for recovery, I wondered, “Could all that really be mine..?” And it was mine lololol
Before surgery, I had a consultation and design with the director. During the consultation, they explained in detail what sagging could happen if volume was removed, and what kind of line it would turn into? Things like that. I liked that kind of explanation.
And after surgery, the director came and said how much fat came out, that the surgery went well, but because they removed a lot, it would hurt a bit; haha
Also, they said the solution used for arms and abdomen is different. They said they only use this for the abdomen. It has a little steroid in it, but this minimizes seromas and side effects, they said.
They explained that well from the beginning, so I understood it better before surgery and felt reassured. They said my menstrual cycle could change at least once or twice, but it would come back, so not to be alarmed;;
The anesthesiology teacher who came in for my previous surgery and the assisting teacher came in the same way, so I felt relieved. (I had cut my hair, and they looked and said, “You cut your hair?” lololol..)
The person helping prepare me for surgery must have been experienced because they did everything so efficiently, and they applied povidone all the way below my chest.

I lay on the operating table and they marked the lines. Since I’ve worked in an operating room too, I really hate breaking sterility, so I sat carefully exactly as they told me, and they really liked that lololol
Most people are so nervous that they rush, apparently lol Even though I got praised, it felt strange because it was before surgery^^
When I woke up, I was on the operating table, and with support, I sat in a wheelchair and came down. They said the second surgery went much better in terms of anesthesia and waking up, but is that a good thing..? lololol
But unlike arm surgery, I kept wanting to sleep, so my sibling was like, “Open your eyes, unnie!!” while I ate porridge.. lol The porridge tasted like anesthetic gas, so I was gagging and barely ate it, then walked and went to the bathroom, and the compression garment was humiliation-play lolololololol Taking it off is one thing, but putting it on... My thighs and upper hip line were extremely, extremely swollen (see picture 2) so my hands couldn’t reach.... The person helping with recovery did it for me lololol (humiliation level added)
They told me to undo it and tuck the tail-like part in the back properly, otherwise it gets wet with urine^^ damn...
For the abdomen, no rubber bands. Wear seamless underwear or panties properly and adjust them so they don’t fold.. They said that was important, so they told me not to sit, and like the third picture, I used my knees lololololol and ate at the table and drank things that way.
Also, after surgery, they said the lungs shrink. I don’t know if that only happens with general anesthesia, but they told me to keep doing thoracic breathing. Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth. Last time was like that too, so I paid a lot of attention to breathing!
But I have to drink a lot of water, and I’m going crazy wondering what to do with these hooks. Is there anyone here whose hands can’t reach..? Is it just me..?^^ Please give me tips if you have any... lololol
I think my arm and back pain was worse. The abdomen itself doesn’t hurt, but it’s uncomfortable because there’s a lot to pay attention to, like posture and stuff. Tomorrow the abdominal pain hell will come for me, right..? I’m scared.
When the swelling goes down, I’ll bring photos. I don’t want to do this again either.. I should take good care of myself from now on.. Fighting
The surgery cost was similar to arms and back, so for now, if you look at my old post, the price is there!
I just wrote this in case anyone was curious about same-day reviews and things like that (I was), and these days, if you do anything, people say broker this and that, so I’m careful even writing it.
