<After surgery><After surgery>I'm writing this hoping there will never again be another victim like me. If you're interested in under-eye fat repositioning or are about to have surgery, I hope you read this at least once and make a choice you won't regret.
First of all, the hospital where I had surgery had so many promotional posts in this community. I don't know whether they were real, ads, brokers, or the company itself, but if you get fooled by those posts, have surgery, and then get side effects, there's no answer. You can't go back. The fact is, once something is damaged, no matter how much money you pay, it can never go back.
★As someone who had surgery, I really regret choosing a hospital like this because I never saw even one post like this. Don't regret it like I do. Even if you end up regretting it, regretting after knowing and regretting without knowing are different. I hope there will never again be another victim like me.

I had under-eye fat repositioning + nano fat grafting for dark circles + anterior cheek fat grafting at Inno Plastic Surgery in Sinsa. Afterward, a huge number of side effects appeared?
- The sensation in half of my face disappeared, seems like nerve damage (tingling and numbness, from the cheekbone, nose, under-eye area, even to the lips) - Scleral show (the under-eye area is fixed and doesn't lift, so my eyes look uneven, and when I smile, one eye doesn't close completely) - Dark circles (they got worse. People around me say it as soon as they see me, asking what's with the dark circles lol) - The aegyo-sal boundary disappeared / symptoms of entropion are also visible
* They discarded my before/after surgery photos, so they won't let me check them (is this really a professional hospital?) When they're trying to sell you, they say they're professional, that people are lined up to get surgery without even seeing the director. Never trust what the consultation manager says.
After these side effects occurred, I requested a follow-up with the director. But they wouldn't schedule a follow-up with the director? (The story is long, so I'll write only the facts.) They kept telling me to wait, saying we had to monitor it over time, persuading and avoiding me, and they wouldn't schedule the director follow-up.
After 8-9 months, I was finally able to see the director for a follow-up. But the answers I got during the follow-up were ridiculous and made no sense, so when I requested another follow-up together with my guardian, ★ they confidently gave false, untrue guidance, saying that having a follow-up with a guardian was a violation of the Medical Service Act? I was so dumbfounded that I asked several times lol. I even thought, do they want to mess with me? The coordinator team and consultation manager all answered with that same false guidance (I have all the phone and KakaoTalk evidence).
They also said they would refund half? When I told them the employees who gave false guidance should apologize, they said the staff were young and didn't know much, so they would handle it internally. So I told them not to contact me in the future about treatment, A/S, revision surgery, or refunds. Then someone calling themselves a general manager, whom I had never seen at the hospital, contacted me using an alias. It was my first time seeing a plastic surgery clinic use an alias.
Anyway, the surgical result is one thing, but if I had known the aftercare would be like this, I would never have had the surgery. And they said this is a hospital where there are no later follow-ups with the director. Everyone, know that before deciding on surgery.
As someone experiencing side effects, I'll say just one thing.
Posts called "side-effect reviews" end up being temporarily restricted, so in reality it's hard for consumers to see them, making it difficult to make the right choice. Most posts on all kinds of apps and communities are only successful-case posts. Even successful-case posts are often written by hospitals, and broker recommendations make up a huge portion too. ★ Think about it. There are no patients whose surgery went well who keep leaving reviews and comments.
People who are getting cosmetic surgery should always look into everything, think it over a hundred times, and be careful. It will help if you look at the side-effect tab on Babitalk and the "real reviews" in the side-effect tab of a community. I hope you understand the risks of surgery to some extent and decide carefully. Once something is already damaged, it can never be reversed. And the hospital won't take responsibility either. That's the fact.
