I’m considering revision rhinoplasty. My nasal tip is short, so my nostrils are visible, and I’m worried about it. If I have revision surgery, is it right to remove the implant first, complete treatment fully, and then have surgery again? Or is it okay to have surgery immediately after removal? Hospitals seem to be divided into two approaches, so which one is correct? I’d appreciate it if you could let me know.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
