I had surgery on 7/14 with 3 mm silicone, functional nose surgery, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. A week later, there was blood accumulation, so I had nasal irrigation in the operating room through a closed approach. Then two weeks passed, but every time I looked in the mirror it was so hard, so the day before yesterday I asked the consultation manager about the parts I didn't like and about removing the silicone… It's still week 3, and there is still a lot of swelling. Also, because I had blood accumulation, I tend to have a lot of scar tissue swelling.
