Week 6 Review of Fat-Dissolving Injections for Upper Arm Fat + Side Effects I Experienced

Before-before-hello! It’s now been almost a month since I got fat-removal injections for my upper arms haha The weather has been getting warmer, so I’ve been going outside to exercise instead of going to the gym... ^^ I was thinking about what kind of review to leave, and I thought I’d briefly write about the “side effects” I experienced in week 1.

[Q. What were the side effect symptoms like?]

(The photos are a bit gross, so be warned..) First of all, the cause of my side effects was the “antibiotic” ..lol ㅜㅜ When undergoing the procedure, you get antibiotic injections several times, and that antibiotic was the problem... Actually, I’ve had surgery twice before, and both times I had an antibiotic allergy. Around day 4-5, symptoms started from my face, with intense heat and itching behind my ears and on my neck, and it kept itching so much that I had to live with ice packs on it.. Unfortunately... I don’t have photos... but the area behind my ears was so red and swollen. And on my arms and legs, small bumpy millet-like rashes came up like in the photo, and they were also extremely itchy ㅠㅠ I kept scratching and putting on ice packs, and the skin on my face also became all bumpy, so makeup didn’t go on well either. It was absolute hell...

lololol

As soon as it became a weekday, I ran straight to the dermatology clinic, got prescribed medication, and after some time passed, it settled down quickly in about two days? .. If you have this kind of experience after a procedure like I did, it’s best to suspect the antibiotics first and go straight to the hospital to get treated.. Because hives are so painful.. ㅠㅠ

[Current Status at Week 6]

I went to the clinic once more for aftercare. The practitioner (?) took clear before-and-after photos to mark one month, and they were so amazing that I saved them right away ..!! lolol They were surprised while taking them too lolol They said it had reduced so much ..!!

When I measured the circumference, it had decreased by 2 cm, and they said if you compare it to belly fat, that’s like losing 5-6 cm lolol Comparing it to belly fat made it really feel noticeable... My friend also got #fatdissolvinginjectionsforupperarmfat, and she said she lost 2 cm at 3 months, so I guess it differs from person to person. I think I’m really the type who responds well...!!! Maybe because there was so much ..!!

Now that it’s really getting hot, I’ll have to manage it diligently ☺️.....!! lolol

[Pain After 6 Weeks?]

There are still some hardened areas and a swollen feeling? I still have a tingling, sore feeling even just from touching it ㅠㅠ It really stubbornly won’t go away.. And when I’m talking with friends, they sometimes tap my upper arms, and it seriously hurts so much ㅠlolololol Also.. when hanging laundry.. when shaking it out, that hurts too lolol In photos, it doesn’t show as much as it does in real life, but in person it has really slimmed down a lot, so honestly it feels a little awkward, and every time I see how clothes fit, I feel good..!! I really, really think I’m so glad I did it.. hahaha

During my period, I sometimes binge-eat, but seriously, seriously, diet management..^^ I need to work hard, right?

------------------------------------------------------------------------ So that was my 6-week review..!

If you have any questions about the clinic or anything else, please leave a comment!! I’ll try to leave more reviews of upper arm fat procedures going forward..!!

Bye haha
