They made it sound like this was the kind of nose that would show a huge difference after the procedure, so I had high expectations, but surprisingly there was almost no change. In fact, even the botox itself still allowed flaring from day one, so I wondered if this was really right. Still, maybe a little fat came off and it looks a bit okay if I do shading? I had looked at a ton of surgery photos, so my expectations were just too high.
