<(Expected surgical result) Before/After>I went for a revision nose consultation today, and they recommended columella setback surgery. My nose had a septal support graft placed during my first surgery, and they said they would shave down the septal support graft located under the columella a bit and set the columella back.
But since my septal cartilage was harvested during my first surgery, I feel like touching the septum would ruin my nose. Is that right..? Looking at the example surgical photos, it seems like they remove the septum like that, but I feel like I probably don’t have septum in that area..?
If anyone here has had columella setback surgery, please let me knowㅠㅠ Also, if I get setback surgery, will the columella look blunt from the front? It’s already blunt enough now, so I hope it doesn’t turn out that way..
