I’m planning to get revision rhinoplasty, so tell me a list of hospitals that are good at correcting a bulbous nose and also good at alar reduction The hospitals I’ve looked into so far are ㅁㅈ ㅇㅇㅂ ㄷㄴ ㅇㅇ ㄹㅂㄹ ㅍㄹㅇㅂ ㄷㅇㅇ These are what I have, but it’s so difficult I want a hospital that can create a glamorous straight-with-slight-curve line, lower the columella well, and set the nasolabial angle nicely

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
