Rupture Revision Surgery, 1 Week Post-Op

Before <the size difference between my breasts gradually became more noticeable ㅜ> After <maybe because it was revision surgery, the firmness? and throbbing sensation are less intense> After my first surgery, other than a difference in the inframammary fold that only I could notice, I was satisfied and lived well for 7-8 years, but then I gradually started feeling breast pain, and as time passed, the size difference between both breasts became noticeably visible ㅠ I kept thinking, surely not, surely not... but it was a rupture. Whether to just remove them completely... or have revision surgery with new implants... Honestly, I thought about it briefly, but the answer came to me right away. I’m still young(?) and I was worried about the sense of loss after removing them ㅜ I also felt like the shape might end up looking wrinkled ㅜ For now, after the surgery, I had been really satisfied all along. So without much hesitation, I first went for a consultation at the hospital where I had my first surgery. The director who performed my surgery was still there. It was an issue with the implant, but until then I had been satisfied with both the shape and feel. As the years went by, the feel and shape became completely like real breasts, to the point that acquaintances were shocked later when I told them I had surgery...

For the implant, I got sub-high 335 cc. Interestingly, revision surgery is nothing compared to the first surgery? It’s almost painless. Maybe because it was revision surgery, even though they are round implants, there is hardly any upper-breast bulging. Maybe because I had drains, or because this was my second surgery, there is barely any swelling or bruising. I don’t really feel pain around the armpit area either. The inframammary fold correction also seems to have gone well, and the feel and shape already seem about 80-90% complete.
