First of all, I know the hospital where I had surgery has a lot of promotional posts on communities like this community, another beauty community, and a variety of similar sites. I can't tell whether they are real reviews, promotions, broker posts, or agency posts, but what is most unfair is deciding on surgery after reading a post with no source and then having complications. The fact is that once it's ruined, there's no going back, no matter how much money you pay. You can never restore it.

Even review posts and question posts from sources you can't verify..... What's more, at the hospital I went to, nearly identical similar posts were uploaded every few days, mentioning the hospital name in passing ] It was happening in the comments too. Anyway,
★ As someone who has had surgery, I really regret choosing this hospital because I couldn't see posts like this. Don't regret it like I do, and even if you do regret it, there's a difference between regretting it knowingly and regretting it without knowing. I hope there will never be another victim like me.

I had under-eye fat repositioning + dark-circle nano fat grafting + front cheek fat grafting at Iㄴ Plastic Surgery Clinic in Sinsa. After that, a lot of complications started appearing.
★ Complication symptoms ★
★ Sensation disappeared from half of my face, probably nerve damage (tingling and numbness in the cheekbone, nose, under the eyes, and even the lips) ★ Three-white-eye appearance (the area under the eye is fixed and doesn't lift, so the eyes are uneven and one eye doesn't fully close when I smile) ★ Dark circles (they got worse; people around me say right away, why are your dark circles so bad?) ★ The aegyo-sal border disappeared / symptoms of entropion are also visible
* They disposed of the pre/post-op photos and wouldn't show them to me for confirmation (is this really a professional hospital...) During consultation they said things like, it's professional. People are lining up to get surgery even without seeing the director. Don't trust the consultation manager 100%.. That's why I think you have to be careful of things that are tempting.
After these complications happened, I asked for a follow-up with the director, but they wouldn't schedule one. (It's a long story, so I'll just write the facts.) They kept telling me to wait, saying it would improve over time, and kept persuading and avoiding me, and never arranged the director follow-up.
I was finally able to see the director for a follow-up after 8 to 9 months. But the answer I got from that follow-up was personally so absurd that I couldn't understand it, so I requested another follow-up with my guardian, and they boldly gave false and untrue information, saying ★ Seeing a follow-up with a guardian is a violation of the Medical Service Act. I was stunned, so I asked multiple times. The coordination team and the consultation manager both gave that false information. (I have phone and KakaoTalk evidence.)
When I said let's finish it by giving a full refund and apologizing for the false information from the staff, they said they would process only a half refund? And when I asked for an apology from the staff who gave false information, they said the staff were young and the guidance was insufficient. If that happens, there will be problems with personnel management (meaning they quit?) So I wrapped it up by saying not to contact me in the future about treatment, aftercare, revision surgery, refunds, and so on.
Then someone called the general manager? whom I had never seen at the hospital, using a pseudonym. It was my first time seeing a plastic surgery clinic use a pseudonym. Anyway, the surgical result was one thing, but if I had known the aftercare would be like this, I never would have had the surgery. And they said there is originally no future follow-up with the director.....without explaining that before surgery.. Everyone, please make sure you know exactly and decide carefully before having surgery.
★★★ When you get a consultation, ask everything and at least record it..
As someone who has suffered complications, I'll just say one thing.
"Complication review" posts get temporarily taken down, so in practice they're hard for consumers to see, which makes it difficult to make the right choice.
On all kinds of apps and communities, mostly only successful posts get uploaded.
※ Recommendation posts, review posts, and even question posts can also be written by clinics, and there are broker recommendations too.
★ Think about it. There aren't patients who had a successful surgery, leave a review, leave comments, and then manage the post.
But there are many people who decide on surgery after reading posts with no verifiable source... Everyone, please be careful and look into things thoroughly.

- They are a master of revision surgery, they are really good at revision surgery.
- Is this hospital good at surgery? > Yes, that place is good. I had it, I did too, etc.
- Anyone know information~ etc. > Oh, this place is good.
- This and that are good, so I'm satisfied with the consultation, it was good getting consulted here, etc.
There are many posts that are hard to distinguish like this, so please use them only as reference...
People who always get cosmetic surgery should look into everything and think a hundred times over, and be careful.
If you look at the complication tabs on Babitalk and this community's complication tab, "real reviews" may help you (I understand there are many promotional posts for drawing people into consultations, including community review posts, recommendation posts, and question posts... please keep that in mind.)
I hope you recognize the risks of surgery to some degree and make a careful decision. I'm writing this to share information and in the hope that you won't make the same mistake as me.
What's already ruined can never be undone. The hospital won't take responsibility either, and that's a fact.
