Even though it wasn’t an incision procedure, I had so much bruising and swelling.. I’ve seriously never seen anyone with as much bruising and swelling as me.. Ha..ㅜㅜ I really thought I was going crazyㅠㅠ And who said double eyelid surgery isn’t even surgery... After getting double eyelid surgery, I was in so, so much pain. Every morning when I woke up, my eyes hurt, so it was painful.
Thankfully, I didn’t have lagophthalmos, so I didn’t have eye dryness or anything like that. Still, because it was my first double eyelid surgery, I was really so scared and worried.. I thought my eyes had become sausage eyesㅠㅠ
Because I wanted a high crease line.. I went through so much emotional stress during the recovery period. For well over a month, I didn’t meet people and didn’t even go outside.
From the day of surgery to about week 3, I seriously didn’t look human. The bruising and swelling were really severe..
Starting from week 4, the bruising began to go away, but I worried that maybe there was still swelling because people said I had sausage eyes.
When I looked at other reviews, they suited people so well and looked pretty.. But I got so depressed thinking I had ruined my face by touching it for no reason.
But now, almost unbelievably, I think it has improved a lot. I like the line too. I like it even more when I wear makeup.
As you can see from before, my eye shape and crease were so stuffy-looking. They say people want the opposite, and if I had surgery, I wanted a face where the double eyelid line showed clearly and openly.
I promised myself that there will be no more plastic surgery for me now. ㅠㅠ It really hurt so much, seriously.. Even double eyelid surgery was a very painful surgery for me..
