Facial Re-Surgery@face-redo

It’s been 8 months since my cheekbone revision surgery, facelift, and forehead fat grafting (…

Before<before surgery>Before<8 months after surgery>Before<8 months after surgery>It’s already been 8 months since surgery!!! The older I get year by year, the faster time seems to pass….ㅜ

I did have revision surgery because of my cheekbones, but as the swelling went down and everything settled into place, I started thinking it was a good decision to get the facelift and forehead fat grafting done too. Adults say I’m still young and ask why I did it, but people I haven’t seen in a while say my face really looks younger, ask where I got it done, and tell me it turned out really well.

By the 3-month mark, the major swelling had mostly gone down, with a little candy-like swelling remaining, and after 6 months, a lot of the swelling had already gone down, so it felt like the fine swelling had hit a plateau and was going down more slowly. Now at 8 months, I still feel like there is very, very slight fine swelling under my eyes when I smile… There’s a slight awkwardness around my mouth and eyes when I smile that only I notice, and other people say they can’t tell at all hahaha

The scar around the sideburn area has become transparent, but there is still a very slight reddish tint in front of the ears. If I cover it with makeup, no one around me notices. I realized that experience is truly just as important for a facelift as it is for facial contouring~
