I had hoped to get nose surgery since high school, and since I happened to not be working, I decided to have surgery while I had time off~! From the front, my nostrils were very visible, and I wanted to correct my bulbous nose. I went in without having a separate plan yet about open or closed surgery. First, I said I wanted the nostrils and bulbous nose corrected, and that I wanted a natural straight line! They said bulbous nose correction and nose lengthening would be more effective with an open approach than a closed one, so I trusted the director!! and decided to go with open surgery! The diagnosis was silicone + ear cartilage, and the reservation was for nose lengthening + snub nose + bulbous nose correction. On the first day after surgery, I was actually not that swollen, but today, the second day, I swelled up a lot haha I took Danggui Su San and the medicine the hospital gave me, and recovered, and the swelling slowly moved down from the top, and now it’s day 9 after surgery, the facial swelling is all gone and as soon as I removed the splint and looked in the mirror, the line turned out so much better than I had worried, so I’m satisfied!
